This was by far the worst customer service ever, they are no help at all, I usually do my own nails l, but when I want an acrylic I got professional. I'm not the most knowledgeable about nails so I'm asking them what I should do and she suggest white tips, I asked can I get them painted she said yes. I sat down and after about 15 Mins someone began to start I didn't get, she was pleasant but she wasn't the most experienced. she left gaps from where the edges for the white tips meets my nail, so another girl had tried to remedy this by putting white acrylic where the gaps where left. I told them at the front that I wanted Stiletto and now I had to explain to her that they are that they are the pointy ones. And then they explain to me that it's 5 dollars extra OK that's fine after all that was done she then puts a top coat on and sits me in the dryer which I was very confused about and I asked her are you going to paint my nails and she said yea when you're done. so then I finished drying and she puts oil on my cuticles and tells me me that I'm finished and I told her that I wanted my nails painted and she says no I can't have my nails painted, maybe next time. and I said why can't I have them painted I'm willing to pay for it since I guess it was a miscommunication. and she still tells me no. It took everything not to sleep some sense into her.

I have to say Out of all the times I've been to this snappy nails..today was the worst customer service I've ever seen. The woman in the last row, 2nd table from right. Total b**** I didn't even get a hand message for the mani I receive. She was throwing her utensil on the table, very rude...I'm calling the manager tomorrow..I'm pissed. I wanted to talk to the manger, no one knows who he/she is. I will stick to Hana..if I go back

This is by far the WORST nail salon ever!! I decided to go this location because they are open a little later in the evening so I could make it there after work! The guy that did my nails was so slow, he took twenty minutes to file one hand. He dug into my skin with the cuticle clippers. I said can you please stop that its hurting me. He mumbled something and continued to do the same thing!!! My nails look awful, they are chunky and uneven. Please take the extra time and go to a salon that cares about you and your nails. These people are ridiculous.

This is the worst nail salon ever! BEWARE! The nail techs are rude and 99% of them are racist. I went in one day and sat in the waiting area for twenty minutes and not one person greeted me. Even the owner doesn't seem to care about the lack of customer service in the place. The service is terrible, your nails and toes are better off without that mani or pedi. Trust me!!!

I came in and asked how much to have a set of acrylics. I was given a price I thought was fair, sat down and waited over 20 minutes for service. I was then told if I wanted clear tips it would be additional, if I wanted pink powder, it would be additional. The old bait and switch! I asked them to just do the job at the price quoted. The finished product lacked finesse, and were chunky and ugly. I asked her if she was going to paint them and she said no. WTF?!! I had been in before for eyebrow wax and pedicures and it was decent for the price. However, this was unacceptable and I will never be back. I have found a place off Hampden and Chambers that is half the price and my after Tina finished my nails were refined, thin and beautiful. I will never be back to Snappy Nails for anything.
