Galina is amazing. I have been going to her for facials now for a little over a year and am so happy with the results. She is extremely knowledgeable and an absolute professional. I always leave European skin care feeling superb. She has also been extremely accommodating providing extra time if necessary. After moving from California I never thought I would find someone but I am glad to have found Galina she has been a life saver!
I am sorry to report that my experience with this spa was horrible. A friend gave me a gift certificate for a treatment, and I scheduled my appointment with Galina for my birthday. We planned on a morning appointment, but when I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment she wasn't present. I waited for over 30 minutes in the rain before giving up. I called and left a message asking if she was ok and to call me to reschedule. No reply. I called several days later and left another message...no reply. I called several weeks later, asking one more time to please return my call. To this day, she has not returned my calls and never made good on this very generous gift from my friend. I would not recommend her based on her lack of professionalism and common courtesy.
Great service, good rapour, clean, fast, comfortable, professional, the establishment is easthetically pleasing, definitely recommend! and I am looking into her other services for the holidays with my mom! very happy!
