On February 22, 2014 I went to see Debi Diorio to get my eyebrows shaped a little different. I already had permanent makeup on them but wanted the front of them less squared. Debi said she would do hair strokes in eyebrow permanent makeup which is more expensive. I paid $375.00. When I got home and looked at a magnifying mirror I noticed that she had not done that more expensive type of permanent makeup but the regular cheaper kind. I called back and was told I needed to wait as my eyebrows were swollen from the procedure and I was assured I would like it. Kept being told it would take at least 2 months to heal every time I called back. When I went back to her because my right eyebrow was thicker than my left eyebrow she sent me back home saying that I was missing some hair on my eyebrows and needed to wait for the hair to grow back and needed to wait longer to get the area fixed. I was assure I would not have to pay more by Sally her receptionist after all it was her MISTAKE my eyebrows did not match. When I went back on 8/14/14 she tried to make the eyebrows more even and after tried to charge me 100 dollars when her receptionist Sally had told me very clearly there would not be any charge. I ended up being forced to pay 50 dollars. I was very upset. I called again saying my eyebrows were still uneven and finally on 9-25-14 they refused to talk to me because they want me to pay more since my eyebrows are still not even and I refuse to pay more. I think its a rip-off that she wants me to keep paying for her mistakes. I wasted 425 dollars and now still need to go to someone else to get her mistake fix. I am having to put eyebrow pencil on the left eyebrow.
