great cuts José is the man

Went there yesterday just as they were closing. Mike offered to stay open to cut my hair. He took his time and gave me the best haircut I've had in years. Had some pleasant conversation with him while he did so. If I was from the area I'd make this my new place to go for a haircut but since I'm not I figured the best thing to do would be to give this place a great review so that others know what's up with the Hall of Fame Barber Shop.

All I could say is that the customer service in this establishment has gone out the window if they had any at all. All though already on my way, I decided to call incase an appointment was needed. Jose, one of the barbers whom I spoke with mentioned that he was booked for the afternoon however, if I was walking through the door he could service me since he had no one there at the time and it's first come first served; I said great because I am coming in now. I literally walked in the barbershop as we both were disconnecting from the phone call. I Introduced myself and explained that I was the guy he just got off the phone with that he told he would be able to service if i'd was there now. Jose replied ok as he pointed to the barber chair and asked me to have a seat. As I proceeded to the chair about to sit Jose states that one of his appointments had arrived so he would not be able to cut my hair. I asked another barber whom just came in by the name of Mike if he would be able to cut my hair and he said "yeah sure, have a seat", he asked me what was I going to get done today as he prepared to overlay the cover on me to avoid the hair clippings from getting on my clothes. I asked for a low fade in response to his question and then he says "you know what? I was about to take my lunch and can not cut your hair". This is a direct inconsideration to the customer since the first barber lied about not only servicing me if I was there at the time and of the first come first served statement that he used on the phone. Being that I was there before his so called appointment he should have enforced what he said but did not. in addition, Mike the second barber who had me sit down and asked what kind of haircut I was getting decided to have lunch instead. As far as the other reviews labeled "excellent", I DO NOT know how true they are since I was not shown an inkling of anything remotely close to it and the lack of professional appearance is not there either however, explicit language is a abundance in this place of business.

I come from Boston and needed a line up looked for a few barber shops around kissimme orlando area and decided to come hear do to the great reviews I read.... The barbers did a hell of a great job highly recommended!

I didnt get a haircut but my brother did and they did an amazing job. I was very impressed
