This place is absolutely amazing!! I have never had a bad massage! I have used both Austin and Russell. Russell books fast so I always schedule my next before I leave H&S.
I love this place, never had a bad massage. If you aren't a planner they never seem to have walk-in appts available, or last minute day-of. Guess that means business is good though right? Two thumbs up!
When I first visited had a massage that was good, went back massage lady no longer works there after I had appointment with her and they never called me to let me know someone else took her place. 2nd massage not good my friend could of done better. I also did not like that when your checking out with front desk there is a big sign and enveloped for Gratuity and what they recommend, which is higher then 20%, I thought that gratuity should be at the discretion of the patron which is 10% being average to 20% having good service. It made me feel obligation to pay for there recommended gratuity even though I didnt feel it was worth it. I would think these masseuse are getting paid their regular wages.
First initial visit was fine. Though I returned after booking my reservation and the reception staff wasn't friendly at all. Wouldn't recommend this Hand and Stone at the Loop.
