this place was TERRIBLE. i just moved into my new home and they are the closest nail salon, so i thought i'd give them a try, but i will NEVER be back. when i walked in, no one really greeted me, so i had to ask to see a menu/price list. after letting me look at the list for maybe ten seconds, one of the employees rather rudely asked me if i would be needing anything. their prices are are a bit high, but i was leaving for vacation and didn't feel like driving around to find another place, so i opted for a basic mani/pedi and also a lip wax. the pedicure was so-so, nothing out of the ordinary. i did notice about 3 days later that there's still dead skin on my feet, which of course i can buff off myself but shouldn't have to so soon. after that was the manicure, during which the girl's hands were shaking the entire time she applied my polish. thankfully i didn't opt for a french manicure or any artwork, because i'm sure it would have been awful. then came the worst part, the waxing. obviously this isn't "fun" anywhere, and sometimes i opt to do it myself, but this time since i was already at the salon i figured why not just get it done. awful idea! the lady had NO IDEA what she was doing. she spent so much time plucking stray hairs that i'm not sure that ANY came off with the wax at all. then she would have reapplied the wax to my still-red skin if i hadn't stopped her (it's really bad for your skin to wax twice in a row like that). she was plucking hairs for almost ten minutes and then had me look in the mirror..and still tons of hairs left, and the poor area was practically on fire from her shoddy work. i asked why there were so many hairs still in the area and she tried to blame me, saying they weren't long enough for the wax to adhere. since i often wax myself, i knew this was incorrect, and informed her so. i decided i would not pay for such an awful service. then came the fun part...paying. on the price list, a mani/pedi was listed for $45 but then right next to that was a "special" listed at $38. they tried to charge me the full $45, and stated that the "special" price was for groups (listed nowhere on the brochure AT ALL). needless to say, after the way i was treated and the subpar service, i was not about to overpay. they let me pay the lower price after i made a big deal about it, which i don't think i should have had to. long story short, don't waste your time or hard-earned money. services are poor, customer service is poor, and their prices are misleading.

It's good work but they overcharge you definitely

By far the worst nail experience I have ever had. Watch out, they like to overcharge you as well.
