Best haircut and highlights I have ever had. I will not trust anyone else with my hair. Lea is fantastic she transformed my hair which was so bad I was embarrassed to wear it down into gorgeous silky hair. I love the highlights and the color was perfect it was just like the picture I had brought in. I also received tons of complements in person and on Facebook , everyone couldn't believe the transformation. Since I was a speaker and moderating several discussion panels, making sure that I looked professional and wholly "together" was paramount. Did Elkae Salon deliver? Rude, rude, rude! I really wanted to try this salon with the hopes of loving it, but, unfortunately, I'm a big fan of customer service and can't discount first impressions (which, in this case, happened over the phone). Phone etiquette communicates professionalism. If I'm going to trust you to touch me and pay you good money to do so, then I at least need to feel like you want my business, right? I'm really sad that I won't get to try the services of their supposedly amazing hair specialists. Oh well, lots of other salons in this city, I'm sure.
