This was the most disappointing visit to a nail salon I've ever experienced. I went to Fancy Nails to get a full set of nails before going on a trip. Not only was there a language barrier, hindering communication, but they seemed more focused on upsells than giving me what I requested. The nail never filed the nails after clipping them, leaving sharp points on the corners of the nails. She also didn't paint far enough down with the white polish, leaving my own nail tip visible. Sharp nails, bad paint job, too many upsells and not enough focus on service. I'm giving this one star because I can't give it zero stars.

I wish I had read these reviews before going to not so Fancy Nails. nor are they professional. The service was AWFUL, I was there yesterday and I will have to now go pay someone else to redo my nails as they look worse than they did yesterday before they did them. When I tried to tell them I was dissatisfied with the service the tech and everyone else in the shop suddenly didn't speak ENGLISH. Do your self a favor DON'T go to this place. They should be shut the heck down.

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE YOU CAN GO EVER!!! MY PEDICURE WAS HORRIBLE!!! THEY DONT CLEAN THE INGROWNS OUT OR ANYTHING... THEY DON'T EVEN CLIP THEM EVENLY!!! THE NAIL POLISH IS ALL OLD AND VERY STICKY, THE GUY THAT DID MY TOES KEPT HAVING TO THIN IT OUT!!! THEN, THE LADY THAT DID MY FILL DID EVEN WORSE!!! THE ACRYLIC THEY USE MUST BE THE CHEAPEST EVER! NOT TO MENTION THE LADY PUT A GEL FINISH ON THE POLISH AND EVERY SINGLE NAIL WAS CRACKING LIKE GLASS, THEN I HAD TO GO BACK JUST TO GET THAT MY WHOLE POLISH REDONE AND SHE GAVE ME THE $5 BACK THAT SHE CHARGED ME FOR THE GEL...YESTERDAY I STARTED TO NOTICE THAT 7 OF MY NAILS ACRYLIC IS ALREADY COMING UP ON THE TIPS OF MY FINGERS, AND IT'S ONLY BEEN 4 DAYS AS OF TODAY... AND 3 OF MY NAILS ACRYLIC CRACKED!!! WTF!!! I ALSO GOT MY EYEBROWS DONE THERE AND I TOLD THE LADY TO KEEP THE THICKNESS OF MY EYEBROWS AND SHE MADE THEM THINNER!!! I JUST WANTED IT CLEANED UP... AND SHE DIDN'T TRIM THE LONG EYEBROW HAIRS!!! I PAID $77 FOR HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN AND I DON'T RECAMEND ANYONE ELSE GO THERE AS WELL!!!

'Fancy Nails' is not a fancy as they say they are. I went last we and I walked in with my 2 yr old daughter. I went in for a full set and a pedicure. well as I was getting my pedicure done one of the ladies started painting my 2 yr old daughter's finger nails. It kind of bothered me because I told her no and she kept insisting and then I was like fine might as well finish what u started. while she was finishing up my daughter's nails she said it was $5. I guess the guy that was doing my pedicure told her not to charge me for that cause she didn't charge it on my bill. Well after she finished my daughter's nails I started noticing that they really don't sanitize or disinfect their equipment and that concerned me because I've read of cases where women get sick and catch diseases and viruses because of poor hygienic conditions. I mean don't get me wrong the place was clean and 'looked' professional but looks can be deceiving. Well after my pedicure I went on to get my nails done. I wanted the basic $20 set. I don't how they started to use a 'special acrylic' that I ended up paying $40 instead of the $20 that I wanted. And while I was getting my nails done I noticed that they would talk bad about their clients in their language. I ended up paying $77 for a a basic full set and simple pedicure... a week later I noticed I started getting rashes on my hands and feet when I went to the Dr. he told me I had 'coxsackie virus' and he said that i possibly got it from tue nail salon when i went to get my pedi and mani done. All in all this place is a no go. The employees are rude, disrespectful and inconsiderate.

My sister and I had our feet done here six months ago and oh my God, we had the best pedicure ever. It's called House Special Pedicure. The place looks great and the staffs are friendly. We keep coming back twice a month ever since.
