October 2012 , the manager, Maria, cut my hair. In the process she interrupted the cut 3 or 4 times to greet people, answer the phone,etc. When I stepped outside my shadow showed four places that needed to be trimmed as in much longer strands and "chunks" were hanging. Going back in, a bit surprised and annoyed, I had her trim the areas and went home. Before leaving the shop I did look in the mirror but as my hair is very thick and was still damp the mess she made was not visible. At home I went to the mirror and my jaw dropped! My cut was a simple one, a side part, hair an inch below the ears with undercutting at the nape of my neck. My mirror told a completely different story. One side of my hair was 1/2 inch longer than the other and on the left hand side the hair was literally chopped. I immediately sent an e-mail to Super Cuts and called the store to let them know I was unhappy and was returning the next day, which I did. The two stylists on duty had been there the day before and remembered me. When I showed them my hair their eyes widened as if they had seen a ghost. LoriAnn took her time checking the cut and the only thing she could do was to shorten it and do her best to fix the chopped area. She was very honest with me and said she'd try her best but said the chopped side was so bad it may not be "fixable". LoriAnn (Lauri??) took me through the cut step by step. The finished cut was shorted than I wanted it to be, but it was much better. The SuperCuts head manager e-mailed me next day and was very nice, very proffessional and did have a conversation with Maria. I went back to the store to speak with Maria, showed her photos of the cut she gave. It was the absolute worst hair cut I have ever had; as a manager she should be ashamed and take a few refresher courses in cutting and customer service. I will go back to this shop because of LoriAnn but please, people, DO NOT let Maria near your hair!

The two "stylists" that cut me and my boyfriends hair were both very rude, and spent the whole time trying to sell their products by making condescending remarks. The stylist nearly bloodied my ear by raking her comb over it repeatedly, and she didnt even cut it the way I requested. My boyfriend left with hair stuck all over his forehead, and the stylist didnt even finish my hair, and I had to go home and blow dry and finish it myself. I will never go back there again. Dont waste your money, you'll just have to pay someone else to fix it.

I've been going to this supercuts for a while now. There's a really nice atmosphere. Everyone is polite and friendly. Like most people I wasn't sure what to do with my hair. Then I met Kelli. She was knowledgeable, personable and she really took her time with me. Most places I visited just want you to pick a picture out of a book but she really helped me to find a style that worked well for my hair type. She took her time to do it right. That really impressed me. I've been going to her ever since.

My Experience could not have been better I was fully satisfied and will continue to come back
