I was referred to Dr. Palceski by my daughter's pediatrician to check out a birthmark that was of concern. Dr. P had a great bedside manner with my then 4year old, which I really appreciated since he isn't a pediatric-specific dermatologist. He did a thorough job explaining the nature of the birthmark, potential treatments, and what our options and next steps could be. He took his time to answer all my questions without making us feel rushed, and he seems much more caring and professional than some other dermatologists I have seen in the past.

I absolutely LOVE going to Dr. P! He has amazing bedside manner and really knows his skincare! He isn't satisfied until everything is perfect! I have seen him for Botox, lip injection, Latisse, and been treated for acne. I have referred several of my friends to him and would never consider another dermatologist. His office staff is also very friendly and knowledgeable.

We love Reflections Dermatology! My entire family goes to Dr. P for a variety of skin care issues (Botox, acne, cyst removal). Dr. P has treated both of my children for acne. He is great with the kids! Vonnie is the best for facials, IPLs, and peels. I've tried several other spas and dermatologists and none come close to the amazing staff and care we receive year after year at Reflections Dermatology.

Dr. Palceski is an amazing dermatologist! He is seriously so nice and easy to talk with, especially in situations where you may not be going into his office for the greatest of things. He is very well informed and will make sure you know everything that is going on. If you are looking for an amazing dermatologist, I'd say Dr. Palceski is your go-to guy. .....BUT, if you don't like dealing with horrible front office staff, then this may not be your go-to place. After I had a melanoma scare (Dr. Palceski found spots on me that I saw everyday and would NEVER have expected to have anything wrong but in fact did) I wanted to call and make an appointment for my brother who had similar spots that Dr. Palceski removed from me. I made that phone call to schedule an appointment 4 months ago.....I am still waiting for that phone call. If, in all honesty, you can get over the fact that he has incompetent front office staff (with the exception of a couple wonder ladies up front) then I would highly recommend Dr. Palceski, especially if you may think you have melanoma, he will make you feel very comfortable dealing with such a scary situation.

Walking into the office, you are greeted with a warm attitude and modern decor. The staff is welcoming, nice and helpful. Dr Palceski and Rachael were who I saw while I was there. My first time, they understood my nervousness and took the time to explain and answer my questions. Subsequent visits brought out even more good vibes. I will be making additional appointments for all of my dermatological needs. Oh, can't forget to say how great the ladies at the desk are. Such professionalism is hard to find, and I'm so glad I decided on this office! Thanks Reflections!
