I started going to Brazils almost two years ago and it has been one of the best things I have ever done! The office and facility are very clean and the service is fascinating! It doesn't take you long to realize the girls LOVE their job and LOVE giving excellent services. Once I tried another waxing place in town because the price was cheaper and I never went back. Brazils is BY FAR the best waxing center around and I would recommend it to anyone!

Sarah (at E Tennessee St.) was so sweet and professional, and she took great care of me! I got sick of shaving my legs/underarms all the time and decided to try waxing, but I was really shy about going in. I was so pleased to find friendly, welcoming staff and a spotlessly clean environment. The other good reviews are accurate -- I read those first before deciding to try Brazils! I'm definitely going back, and I'd recommend Brazils to anyone else who's maybe a bit shy but wants to give waxing a go. :) UPDATE -- It's been about a year and a half since I started going. I still book all my appointments with Sarah at E. Tenn. St., and am still just as pleased with the service, hygiene, etc. of the Midtown Brazil's location. I recommend buying packages if they've got 'em for your service -- I KNOW I'll be back in about 4-6 weeks anyways, and the packages save me money. I've noticed serious thinning of the hair in the areas I get waxed. I only shave if I need to be super-hairless like, IMMEDIATELY (ie, surprise date or interview or something) and can't get an appointment/hair isn't quite long enough for waxing yet. Can never go back to shaving after my experience with Brazil's. :)

I have been going to Brazils for a couple of years and have always had a great experience. I always go to Ashley and she consistently does an amazing job. The location is spotless and sanitary and I like that it is easy to make and change appointments through their website (sometimes my work schedule can be crazy). Ashley is sweet, professional, makes you feel comfortable, and does a thorough job. I highly recommend her!

Best place ever! Let's face it ladies and gentlemen. Being waxed is not the best feeling in the world but having it done by professionals that know how to make you as relaxed as possible and do such a GREAT job makes it all worth while. The facility is clean, smells really nice, the front desk staff are very nice. I won't go anywhere else...EVER!!!

I was super nervous about getting a wax and I was immediately at ease. The facility is so clean and everyone is so friendly. My esthetician was so friendly and calming. She really made a nerve wracking experience very easy to get through.
