I took my daughter to Chelsea's for her 16th Birthday salon day. From the time we walked in we felt we were among friends. We were there for several hours. They were professional, warm, personable, and patient. Sue went out of her way to provide my daughter with a fun and memorable experience. Desiree and Rachel did a beautiful job on her nails and hair. Summer loved the attention, cucumber water (YUMMY!!) and birthday cupcake! Thanks again! :)

Ruined my hair! I came in ON MY BIRTHDAY (Saturday) to get my hair done. I asked for an Ombre, and all I got was a nightmare. It was brown on top, red in the middle, and a muddy blonde on the bottom! I was not once offered a chance to see the back of my hair, which I thought was because they were trying to close in a hurry. The stylist quickly slapped some curls in my still damp hair and sent me on my way. Because my hair was curled, there was no possible way to see what had been done. Luckily, a friend of mine who is a stylist came into town for my birthday that night was able to show me what was going on. -Poorly blended -TOO many tones on my hair - & It practically looked like cheetah print in the back. He fixed it for me on Sunday (since they were closed), and I called first thing on Monday. It is now Saturday again and I am fuming that they have not resolved the issue. Every time I call I am told that the manager is not available and will give me a call back, and of course she does not. I just can't believe I spent close to $200 for this kind of service!!!!!!!

I love Chelsea's!! I have been a loyal fan of Mary for nearly 30 years, and have observed the extremely high level of quality her salons aspire to, and the high standards she sets for her staff. I have never had a negative experience at Chelsea's, and feel that the Aveda products are simply the best for my hair, and the planet! Lovely salon with outstanding ambience and service. Mary...you're the BEST! And Stacy....you make my unruly hair do amazing things...sheer genius!

Lyla is the best! Chelsea, as a salon, is nice and the customer service is very good. They go the extra mile to make sure you have a great experience. BUT, Lyla is the reason I keep coming back. I am complimented on my hair almost every day and I can't thank her enough!

As always my experience is AWESOME!!!! My stylist is superb and I thank God for her, my husband asked some of the women around his place of work about 2 1/2 years ago were they went to get their hair done and they stated Chelsea Salon and Spa and specifically mentioned with rave reviews Miranda...and I have never looked back she is all that and more when it comes to hair. She consults with me every time I attend my appointment. She is updated on many things that has to do with hair. I just love her and I thank my husband for his input in finding her.
