After reading other reviews I was worried about my purchase from Groupon. I called today to make an appointment. I was told to leave a message to make an appointmnet, only to be told the mailbox is full. I went back online to look at their website. It has been removed. DO NOT MAKE A PURCHASE FOR THEIR ONLINE DEALS. It appears to be a ripoff.

I don't know what these people are talking about. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is very calming and relaxing. Groupon and the Beauty Centre have nothing to do with each other. I got here all the time. Every time i go i have a wonderful experience. I guess people always have to complain about something or be negative. I love this Spa and i will always go back.

The worse business I ever encounter. I made appt. before I purchased the Groupon certificate almost a month ago and they call me to cancel 6 hours before my appt., and they offer the only option for me to reschedule me one day after my Groupon expirded and not honor the Groupon deal when they are the one mass up. The women who called me cancel the appt. was really really rude and have no intention to help me in anyway. However, She said: you are not the first one been cancel and there is nothing I can help you. You just have to go to Groupon to get your refund. iif you want get your hair done, you may go to the salon have late hours, but no Groupon deal tho. Beside the appt I booked almost a month ago which I had to get the babysitter for my newborn and change my schedule been cancel for my class, the rude women actually hang up the phone on me before I even can figure what to do next. And, when I trying to call back it straight goes to voice mail the whole time. I have no choice get on the phone with Groupon and trying to get the refund… This is actually the worse business I have experience, and I realized I was not the first one receive this rude and unprofessional attitude. I do not wish this kind of service on anyone, so I just want to write this review to let everyone know how horrible this business and service. No one should have to deal with this rude and no manner attitude when they are working in the service industry.
