I have only had 3 appointments so far but i am so upset. i paid 3,000 for treatment, so i accept to be treated well. The first two times i have been there were great! I cant say enough good things about the place or the people there. The lady i had the first two times is incredible. well i just went to my appointment and the lady i had this time LAUGHED at me! the heat increases with every session. She was so nonprofessional! I asked where the lady i had the last two times went and she works in the south Tampa location, i am thinking of getting transferred because she made me feel so uncomfortable.
The fact that I had to drive 30 min only to be told that my skin is to dark is stupid. Thay should just say there treatment is only available to Caucasian people. Black people or Hispanic people would be waiting there time and money comming here
The people who work at ideal image office are nice but if you want to actually get rid of unwanted hair you might want to look somewhere else. I paid ideal image over $4,000 and still have that unwanted hair, I tried to talk to corporate but they never answered my calls or emails. If you can afford to throw away a few thousand dollars for something that could be considered temporary then ideal is the place for you.
