I've been completing my laser hair removal sessions here and honestly, there's not enough great things I can say about this place. The staff members are all very friendly and helpful. Kristine, the technician completing my treatment is extremely knowledgeable, professional, very nice and friendly. Truly the best technician I have ever experienced. I absolutely recommend Bio Vital Med Spa to anyone looking for a professional and enjoyable Spa treatment!

Biovital is amazing. The girls are so friendly and accommodate to your schedule. The location is impeccable and serine. Leslie, my laser technician, is a sweetheart. She makes sure to talk to me and keep my mind off the pain. I have recommended it to my friends and family who have also gotten treatments done there and love it.

I had an amazing experience here for my laser hair removal! The whole staff was really nice and welcoming! It was my first time even considering something like this but my technician Leslie made the whole thing painless! Even after the first treatment I could see such a big difference! As you see, most of the review was years ago. This is the worst place I have ever been. The appointment cannot be changed; even though, you had a period. I had the Brazilian treatment package on that day and due to my health problem, my cycle has always changed. I called to ask for the reschedule, and I was told to be informed them 24 hours before the appointment. The operator told me that there was no way to reschedule the appointment. She said to come or I will lose 1 time of my treatment. She insisted that was the owner policy. Please don't bother to even think to go to this place. There is one machine, and it is old. There is a girl who was really nice and works hard, but some just wanted to get the treatment done without making sure. I am not sure what type of business they are trying to do there. Hope they have luck finding a customer before closing.

Crooks! I bought a Groupon for their 6 laster treatments in June 2012. Since then, I haven't been able to use the Groupon more than once. They schedule the appointments for not less than 2 months (laser treatments should be done in 4-6 weeks periods to be effective). After the first treatment, I got an appointment for Dec 8, 2012 at 2:00 pm. At 1:50 they called me and told me that you have an appointment for 4:00 pm!!! I told them that my appointment is at 2:00 and I'm on my way going there. They accepted and when I got there, I asked them to change the area that I had treated at first session. They agreed to do that but they told me that the new area will take more time to treat and they had scheduled me for a shorter time. That was a logical reason, so I accepted to reschedule for another day. I got an appointment for Jan 3. The day of appointment they called me and told me that their machine has a problem and they need to reschedule me. I said OK! and guess what? They wanted to reschedule it for Jan 30!!! Are you serious? when you cancel an appointment, you should put that person in a priority! Still I accepted to have the appointment on Jan 30, 6:30 pm. I called them on Jan 28th and confirmed the time. And on Jan 29th they called me back to confirm my appointment. All three times, the confirmed time was 6:30 pm. And amazingly they called me on Jan 30, 6:15 pm and told me that my appointment was at 6:00 and I've missed my appointment.... In conclusion I should say, they just get your money, do 1 treatment, make you redeem you voucher and quit. They won't give you the service anymore... Don't go there... Believe me, they are CROOKS!
