The stylists at this location, though I don't think it is fair to call them that, are rude and borderline disgusting. I am low maintenance as far as hair goes, so I hate to go to a real salon and spend four times as much, but I have had enough bad experiences at this location that I finally broke down and scheduled an appointment elsewhere for the week after I visited Great Clips. The woman that "cut" my hair did not listen to what I said. When I was in the middle of explaining the cut I wanted she interrupted me asking why I wanted it cut like that and told me she doesn't like that style, as it looks like the stylist just didn't know how to cut hair. I explained to her that I straighten my hair and where I wanted my layers. When she was done cutting the layers she told me she did them much longer than I wanted, since I have curly hair, so that my hair wouldn't poof up. She failed to hear anything about what I said and how I wear my hair. She really did a quick trim that I could have done at home and spent all of five minutes on my cut. Additionally she spent the majority of that five minutes complaining about the other girls that used to work there and relishing in the fact that they had been fired.I would have appreciated if she would have shut her mouth about their trashy salon drama and listened to what I was actually saying. I will never put myself through a visit there again.

I was very unhappy with the way me and my boyfriend are both very unhappy about the way his hair came out. the first thing she said when she saw him was, "oh, my. We are going to get that shaved, right?" I specifically asked the stylist to keep his hair a little longer and she told me that he was a big boy and he can decide. Rude! He then said that he would like to keep his hair a little longer and you know what she did? She SHAVED it! He doesn't even have an inch left. I will never, every go back their again and neither is he.

I go here every few months for a basic haircut (male). $14.95 + friendly hair stylists make this a great place.
