I went for a haircut and the sign on the front glass said "No Wait". When I went in 1 person was in a chair and employees were sitting around talking. I was told it would be a 30 minute wait. I've been a regular customer for a while and the quality is usually ok (but not always). I won't be back since their customer service is so pathetic.
