Rating it good for pedicures, poor for acrylic nails, fair for service/respect.
Everything is extremely clean, good pedicure chairs...most pedicures are very good, but it varies widely depending on who you happen to get.
Problems with scheduling. It seems that if I made an appointment they would still take walk-ins first. Guy that owns the place isn't very respectful...arrogant. Complain about anything and he just eyes you, then ignores you.
Poor rating for acrylic nails. I've had acrylics for years, and this is the first place where I've had repeated problems with the nails staying on. Whatever they use, it's just not very good. I switched to a new salon a month ago (Lamour Nails) and now my nails stay on for the full 2-1/2 weeks between fills -- no problem.
