You have to get to know the crew there to learn their personalities, but my nails ALWAYS turn out great and the price is so much better than other places in town.

HORRIBLE SERVICE doesn't even begin to describe my experience at Ann's Nails. My co-workers and I decided to spend our hour lunch break getting our nails, our first mistake was going to such a low-rate, less than qualified, business. My friend and I decided to go with a shellac polish. Clearly the employees had no idea how to apply gel polish and their polish was defected. The first coat of polish should have been my warning sign, it began bubbling and smearing. After the technician finished my nails, they looked even worse. He was going to let me walk out of their with them looking like a 5 year old just smudged their fingers into my wet nails, on top of all the polish on my skin that he left. He proceeded to take off the polish using a scapula, with NO acetone! After he finished jamming his tool into my cuticles he finally decided to soak them in nail polish remover. Needless to say, my fingers are aching and my nails are torn to pieces. They look worse than when I stepped foot into that salon. As my co-workers and I were leaving, the lady told me I owed $5. $5 TO HAVE THEM RUIN MY NAILS? I DON'T THINK SO! They also over charged both my co-workers. I get paying $40 for a pedicure and polish change at a high end salon, but this "salon" is anything BUT high end and has no right charging those outrageous prices when they cant even get a manicure right! It would do Ann's Nails some good to IMMEDIATELY shut down their business!

I live near this nail salon and started going there about 2 1/2 years ago just because it was close. Sure, it is not the nicest spot and it doesn't have fancy decor or nice music playing, etc. It's not a spa though, so i am paying for them to do my nails, not for the atmosphere. They have had some change in management and employees over the past year and a half, but i have never ever had a bad experience. I am a little less hard to deal with than other people though. I have seen people get aggravated because it wasn't going fast enough, or because there was a wait, or because the employees didn't really understand english. Sorry, if you are that hard to please, do your own nails. Plus, if you want to have a silly conversation with your nail tech, go somewhere else. These are vietnamese immigrants who work very hard and are very sweet. I usually have the same exact little man that does my toes every time i go (every 3 weeks) and i adore him. He does a great job, has learned to avoid my tickle spots, and is very sweet. They definitely sterilize their tools, i've watched them do it. Sometimes you get a nick in your cuticle, but that has only happened to me twice. It's just part of it when someone is cutting off your skin, it's always possible. Anyways, i don't have an issue with this place, and I will be sad when i move one day and don't like near this location.

This has to be the worst place one can get his/her nails done. Their service is horrible, starting from the owner who DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO DO NAILS!! Instead of cutting off my cuticles she cut off part of my finger and I started bleeding, and she expected me to pay-no way. I doubt if they sterilize any of their tools because the place looks dingy inside. The owner is the worst. Her English is horrible and treats customers like crap. Please do not step foot in here, find somewhere else to go.
