Gorgeous salon environment, friendly and attentive staff, reasonable pricing and amazing results. I recently went here for my wedding with two bridesmaids and my mother - everyone was thrilled with their hairstyles, especially me! My hair is very soft/fine and hard to style, but Diane worked with me and created a stunning look - I was so nervous it would fall out but it stayed through the next day! And my makeup by Emily was gorgeous too - 100% satisfied with the entire experience, would definitely recommend.

I got to West End just for wash, cut, and blow dry and see Josie every time. She does a great job and is always so nice to talk to. I have had many a time when I have told the stylist one thing I wanted and they do the extreme opposite- Josie is not like this. She listens and fully considers your desires.

Wow!!! West End is an amazing atmosphere. I had a haircut blow dry with Angie, she could be one of the best hair dresses in Hollywood and she's right here in Cape Ann. what a treat for this area. She knows her stuff. I also had a manicure & massage, Sam's manicure was thorough, relaxing, simply amazing. My 2 hours of sell pampering ended with an amazing massage by Colleen. It was the best massage I've ever had! West End is by far the best Salon & Spa I've ever been to.

This place is amazing!!! I go here for massages and for my hair needs. What I love about it is that besides the staff being great and so friendly and hospitable is that when you walk in, you walk in to a place of comfort that's home-like yet very sophisticated. My favorite is the bathroom so elegant and clean!!! Colleen the masseuse is an artist. I highly recommend it!

Terrible! The staff was rude, unprofessional and rushed. I wanted to speak with the owner after my awful experience and of course she couldn't or wouldn't talk to me. Not a smart way to run a business. NEVER would I go there or recommend it to anyone.
