I went to get my hair cut based off the good reviews I read on this place online and the 20% off coupon they had on their site...Worst hair cut I've ever gotten in my life. After explaining that I wanted my bangs below my eyebrows, they were definitely way above them! I look ridiculous. The right side of my hair is layered, the left side is not. I'm debating going back in there and asking for my money back. Horrible experience.
