This was the first time I went to this place and it really disappointed me. I called in before going and had an appointment set up, but I still had to wait for 15 mins for my turn to come up. One guy ended up giving me a hair cut and he screwed it up. I kept saying him how to cut it and he kept doing otherwise and whatever pleased him. I don't even know if the guy (He was Chinese) understood me or not. Yes, they charge you only 10 bucks for a hair cut which would be 4-5 dollar cheaper than other places, but I don't think you would want to get your hairs screwed up for saving 4 bucks. I can give a better hair cut than him. In the end, I had my hair screwed up and I also paid for getting my hair screwed up. I don't think you can beat it. Avoid yourself frustration.

Tran, my hair stylist or more accurately my "barber" since I have basic cutting needs, is simply FANTASTIC. She is so pleasant, very skilled, extremely affordable and always tries to fit me in when my hair becomes disheveled. Can't say enough about her. My wife started using Tran for hair styling and coloring and also raves about Tran's work, and that's a pretty good endorsement (if you know how picky my wife can be!). Best hair stylist she says. Try Tran and see for yourself. best to call ahead and reserve a time slot ... she's in demand.

My experience was HORRABLE! I do not recomend. Woman if you ever read your reviews and I will say is " You should NOT be in this business"

Completely disapprove of the "horrible job" rating below. I used to go to one of the most popular barbers in my area in Boston and pay at least $5-10 more than they charge here to get my hair cut because the barber (Louie) was the only one that could do it right. When I went here, Tram (the owner) recognized that hte person that used to cut my hair wasn't some useless person at a chain store wehre they rush you out the door. This is one of the best places I've gone to get my haircut.
