The barbershop on the first floor is very cozy and inviting and the owner greeted me right away by name on my very first visit. The salon, where I got my hair cut and highlighted, is upstairs and is very clean and cozy. All of the stylists knew what they were doing and I left with amazing highlights and a great cut. My stylist Heather even offered to tweek my hair color or style for free if there was some reason that I was not satisfied after I had tried it out for a few days. This is a great family business that everyone in the area should support.
I bleached my hair at home and really messed it up! So I decided to call Roc's and the woman who answered assured me she could help and had me come in ASAP! Well I Just got back from Roc's and I am so pleased with the results! My hair is no longer A BRIGHT YELLOW DRIED OUT MESS! Now it's silky,soft and straight! I feel like I walked out of there with a brand new head of hair! It is now the color blonde I was seeking to begin with,a pretty natural looking blonde.....and it only cost me $60. And to top it all off after I left I immediately recieved a compliment from a stranger! : ) Thanks Deb and Karen!
