BEST SKILLED BARBER - STYLIST IN ANNAPOLIS I've lived in Naptown for over 20 years and have been to nearly all the barbers in & around town. Thom Ebbitt is by-far the best. The shop is in an old eastport house they have renovated and decorated with interesting artifacts from their travels and long careers cutting hair. The ambience is great and the lovely and charming Isabel makes everyone feel comfortable. Not only do I get a great haircut, but I always learn something new from Thom's & Isabel's interesting stories and conversation. Its the polar opposite of a hair cuttery experience. Great hair cut, great experience.
