Great place! I have been going here for a year. If I wasn't moving I would be going for my usual every 2 week pedicure. The other people that complained may not have spoken up. All the ladies are willing to do anything to make you happy. I work in customer service and if your not happy you just have to tell someone and I bet they will try to make it right.
My mom and I were trying to find a nail place all day to take us both. Goshen Nails was able to accomodate both of us. My mom got a manicure and I got a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was fabulous--the tools they use come in new packages so everything is clean and just used on you, they have a nice selection of colors, they have massage chairs, nice smelling soap. They really give you your money's worth. The feet/leg/hand massages are great and last a long time. They do a good job shaping, buffing, and getting rid of excess skin around the nail. The people are nice and really pay attention to what you want. Definitely worth a visit and more!
I moved to the area earlier this year and was thrilled to see a nail salon within walking distance of my house. I have been there 3 times. Once you walk in and are "assigned" a tech you will never have the chance to use any other techs. Bummer, because although I dont care for the lady who does my nails I like the salon and would love to go back but will not do so now. I recently asked for a new set of white tipped gel nails. My nails were natural and in good condition. The tech tried to upgrade me to a pink and white set. I declined and asked for the gel set. Then she tries to get me to get waxing, and nail art and etc... then tells me that they only make money if they sell additional services. Anyway, after 90 mins she finishes my nails. Stopping several times to do other walkins waxing. I dont understand why I must wait for someone else who came in after I did. Once finished, my nails looked OK. some thick, some not shapped well, but just OK. I noticed within 4 days that the gel started turning yellow. After 1 week I started to delvelop white "bubbles" under the gel nail. At my two week normal fill time I went to another salon. There I was told that I need to remove the nails because the chemcials used on the set were bad and damaging my natural nail. Now I have my natural nails very short until all the damaged areas are cut off. NOT HAPPY. I have been having my nails done for over 10 years, never had this issue, and regularly did fills, pedicures, etc. BEWARE when you go to this salon.
I have tried this salon several times because it is near my house. After one or two bad experiences I decided to give them a third shot. It was awful. The employees seem very unprofessional and I do agree that you leave feeling anything but relaxed. I'm also a very faithful nail customer, and I won't be going back to this location due to lack of quality and professionalism.
I've been there before and since it was close to my home and needed to get my eyebrows trim, I thought I would give it a quick try again. BIG MISTAKE!! I waited about 15 minutes for the girl to finish with any customer. She took me back in the room and after a few minutes I let her know she was hurting me. After a little while longer I told her to stop. She put some ointment over my eyebrows and I left. The next day I forehead was red and had bumps. On Monday it looked liked I was allergic to something but only in the eyebrow area. I went back to them on Monday and they claim if was from going out in the cold weather from the warm shop. BULL... I am reporting them to the health department because they use the same tools on everyone and they are not cleaned completely. I would never go back there again and would not refer anyone else to go there.
