RUDE RUDE RUDE. I will never come back to this salon. I got my fill in done on a Thursday , and Friday afternoon one of my nail cracked , I went on a Monday to get it fix. the lady got mad and started to blame it on me like if it was my fault. My cousin went with me this day, and she even told me if I were you I will leave now, they way the lady was talking to me and doing and repairing my nail. NOT A GOOD COSTUMER SERVICE!!!!!!!! she fixed my nail and did not charged me , but did a POOR job.
I must have the worst luck when it comes to nail salons. This is the second time that I've gone to a salon that a friend goes to, with that friend, and had a much worse experience than the friend has ever had there. What made my pedicure so bad? After she had sloughed my feet, she used a brush on my feet (presumably to clean off the sloughed-off skin). However, the woman used a brush with very hard bristles and she scrubbed very hard. My feet were burning for 30 minutes afterwards. This morning, when I took my shower, the burning sensation returned. I've never experienced pain at a nail salon before. I didn't notice the woman who did my friend's pedicure using the same torture device. This morning, I noticed that my polish is smudged. My polish had PLENTY of time to dry while the woman abandoned me on the pedicure chair to go play on her iPhone, so she must have smudged it.
I started going to Andy's a few months ago because it was local and I had heard a lot of people went there. I should have got the red flag when I asked for a pedicure and gel-fill, and while she was doing my pedi, she asked me if I could come back tomorrow morning and get my fill. I agreed as long as she was on time because I had somewhere to be. Well she came and did a great fill. She soaked my nails and started all over again and it looked great. Well the second time I went which was about 3 1/2-4 weeks later, she did a great job again. The third time, she noticed that I was only coming once every month, so she did I horrible job. My pedicure polish was done so poorly, that the girl that did my design was pointing out to her how she hadnt gone all the way down to the cuticle and she didnt get close on the sides. Then with the fill, she rushed through it, left a chunk of gel on my thumb, that later bothered me so much, I ended up pulling my whole nail off. All my other nails are lifting, my natural nail has seperated from the gel, the actual gel looks yellow instead of clear, and the regrowth is ridiculous! Now, I'm refuse to go back, and I am desperately seeking somewhere else to go. I would go if you can afford to go every 2-2 1/2 weeks. They like you and do a good job as long as they can get $$ from you twice a month. The design girl is cool though! Oh, and they talk about you. And they are really obvious about it. She needed to have been talkin about the good tip I was giving her instead of how she was going to do a poor job so I would come back sooner!
I had been going to Andy's for about 3 months. I go every two weeks. Well the first time I expressed my dissatisfaction, they were unwilling to redo my pedicure or to offer a discount. I was extremely disappointed in the customer service.
