I love pro nail! I've been going here for 2 years and everyone is friendly and excellent at what they do. Sometimes I bring my daughters and they are always treated like princesses 👸definitely stop in if you're looking for great service and gorgeous nails!
I get a pedi twice a year and a mani once every couple of years; a spa is not my favorite way to spend an afternoon (I want to get in and out FAST). Toui (pronounce it "Twee") listened to what I wanted and gave me the best pedi and mani I've had in at least 23 years. The nails looked great when I left and a week later still look good. Not a single nail is chipped yet, which is definitely a first. Pro Nail is not a "luxury" spa but it's clean, the ambient noise level is not irritating, and the prices are reasonable. I'll be back... sooner than the end of summer.
I went to pro nails for some relaxation and to get a pedicure. I was very pleasant to the young lady who was taking care of my feet while she was on her cell phone for the first 5 minutes of my service. She was very rough with the exfoliation and left red marks on my legs which I overlooked. I noticed a sign on the wall that said tips in cash please. I did not bring cash with me as I hardly ever do anymore. When I went to pay I told her I did not have cash for my tip and asked if I could put in on my debit card. She gave me a nasty look and said "you don't have cash". I said no this is my first time here. She said "you need bring cash next time" I bit my tongue as she rung me up and asked me how much I wanted to put on my card. I said 30 for the pedicure and 5 for the tip which is over 15% more than she deserved. She proceeded to give me another dirty look had me sign my card and walked away. I will be calling the manager to tell him this young lady has a horrible attitude.
I have a bad experience here but I now only go in to see Annie and she has done a great job on my nails everytime and she is the only one I will see there. I know there are alot on here about Annie and even if it is her on here talking she deserves it because she has always done good with my nails.
Went in for a simple fill and recolor. Came out with patches of color missing from my polish and now today the color on my thumb is rippling. I told the woman (jessica) several times that the polish was messed up and she kept telling me to leave them under the dryer. I stopped saying anything since i know she heard me clearly the first 3 times, she comes over to put the gel coat on and completely ignores my messed up nails. and i still had to pay full price. i'm going in to get my nails fixed but this is the last time i will spend a penny in there. but if they jack your nails up they fix them for free. and btw, all of the good reviews on here are all from the employees at the salon. Notice the bad spelling and the talk of this Annie character.
