Been going here at Hair Cuttery in Spring Mills WV since they opened, for guy-cuts. Heather is tops-- the best haircuts I've had in 15 years. Other cutters seem fairly decent. Almost always walk-in and someone's available or a very short wait, but I wait for Heather if she's there.
