I have been a customer of the salon for over 10yrs both in Cranbrook and the wonderful new location off Padonia Rd. My present stylist is Christine Miller who is very talented and professional. My hair is easy to style and I love the color. I have had other stylists in the past and they were also very good. My husband and son have also had Candace, Cara, Monica and Kate cut their hair and been pleased. Kelly, Ann, Cara and Monica have done manicures and pedicures for me and they all do a great job. The salon is always clean and up to date on new products and styles. Kelly and Chelsea are very friendly and helpful in booking services. I have also had many facials and waxing with Jenn who was just great. I know they have hired a new esthetician who I am sure will be as professional and competent as Jenn was.

Where do I begin... 1. Awful customer service! The management will send you a letter in the mail how they appreciate your service and would like you to come back, but if you aren't satisfied with your hair and try telling the management - good luck because they are extremely rude. 2. Unskilled hairstylist + over priced. Extremely overpriced to have my hair look like my dog cut it for me not only that apparently the stylist used a product that that was not allowed in the store, but the management couldn't even keep up with their own staff? An awful unethical business with poor customer service who will strip your pockets. Look for a different salon.

Excellent Service Professional, courteous, efficient. Everything a good salon should be!

Best salon. I have been going for over 10 years. Management is super. And Adele has always done a great job with color and styling.
