I just had my second micro derm facial with Laura. She is phenomenal. I highly recommend her for your skin renewal therapy. I will be going back in two weeks for my next facial. The results are amazing. I am so happy with my skin. The facial is non-invasive and so relaxing. Laura is truly an educator about skin care.

I have been getting great hair cuts and expert advice from Laura for 20 years. I have also been very happy with her product recomendations. Her prices are very reasonable, for the quality of service and professional atmosphere you could easily pay twice as much at other salons.

STAY AWAY! HORRIBLE! I took my fiance's daughter there to get a keratin treatment for her birthday. She was so excited and this was her first time she was ever going to have her thick curly hair straightened, just for a little change. I paid for the 3 months worth of keratin treatment, the more expensive choice. Her straight hair lasted only ONE DAY!! I called and asked for my money back but instead the owner wanted me to bring her back in and do her hair OVER AGAIN instead of giving me my money back! Then when that didn't stay longer than a day AGAIN, she re-did her hair for free a third time. After that failed again, I asked for my money back again. Instead of being professional about it, she tells me that I am stressing HER out! She goes on to tell me that she doesn't need the stress right now and tells me the reason is beacause of her health conditions and her family member is in the hospital a lot lately. What does that have to do with customer service and treating the customer right??! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. DON'T BOTHER WITH THEM.

I have never seen the hair and nail products offered at this salon! I have to say the knowledge of the stylist at L.A. Hair Designs incredible, this lady really knows her stuff. I went in to have a cut from another salon repaired, we ended up fixing my color and my cut, My hair has never looked or felt so good! I also got a chocolate facial that just made my face just glow! I try to take good care of myself and love the idea of the natural products offered. I made an appointment and went back a couple of days later to get a set of fiberglass nails and all I can say is NO compairison to ANY acrylic or gel! So thin, clear, hardly any filling and best of all NO PRIMER! VERY Natural looking!
