I went in on 4/15/14 to get my eye brows waxed by the Manger Amber. She not only killed my eye brows to the point where there is no fixing them but talked about other employees. I used to go to this place to see Jasmine who was amazing but she will not be working there come this Friday I found out and I will never ever ever ever ever ever bring my business here I wish I could post pictures on how horrible they look!!!!! I can not stop crying I have contacted corporate but than again they cant make my eye brows grow back since they grow very slow im sure it will be a few months if they ever grow back the way they were :( DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT GO THERE!
My hair was an inch below my shoulders. I told the woman to cut it about an inch or whatever it will take for it to just touch my shoulders. I wasn't paying any attention to what she was doing, My mom was in the play area of the mall with my daughter and I was watching them play from the entry way. She blow dries my hair and we're done. I look and OMG the left side is about an inch or two SHORTER than my right side AND it's past my chin just at my earlobe on the shortest side. Then she actually thinks I want to pay for this along with the $6 added on for drying my hair! It's like she lifted my hair and snipped wherever she wanted without thinking. I will obviously never go here again!!!
