I had a mishap with the at home coloring experience...I went to Shear Excellence for the first time, I always see people going in and out constantly, so I figured I would call them to see if they could help with my hair emergency. Carol, the owner, got me in as soon as I was able to the very next day, she put me with Stacy. It's always nerve wracking going to a new salon and a new stylist. I told her what I had visioned in my head as to what I wanted...I could not stop looking at it once she was finished! I absolutely LOVED what she did with my hair; the color, the highlights...all of it! She did such an amazing job! I definitely will be going back to her! :)
I told the lady she was putting my daughters tinsel in wrong and she insisted she knew what she was doing...needless to say it lasted two hours and I retied it at home the right way and its still in....what happened to the customer is always right?? NEVER AGAIN!!!
