I love the cut and color I get here. Started out with a Groupon over a year ago and even though it's way out of my way, it's worth the trip every time.

HORRRIIIBLLLEEEEEEEEEEE SALON...reporting to BBB They deleted my previous February review because they were probably embarrassed...it was a page long review...to sum it up INEXEPERIENCED in every Dept, haircut, color, spa... Unprofessional and rude...from the owner, to the hairdresser to the receptionist RIP OFF...From Groupon to regular fees... DIRTY, DIRTY,DIRTY, Unsanitary, FILTHY.... Went in with Groupon promised fee, for cut, color, blow out, Cut-Completely OFF wrong scissors, took 6 minutes Color- from a box, no color chart, no in depth discussion very rushed and came out multi-coloured and brassy-no toning Blow-Out-NONE owner was too busy ruining someone's facial bc she was arguing with me, my stylist was too worried about getting her hair done by her co-worker that she shooed me away saying to come back with the owner for a "complimentary" blow-out, Russian speaking going on and I was kicked out, they are lucky I didn't call the police. I am disputing charges and reporting to BBB. I did not even want to give a star! On my birthday I called to schedule an appointment. Very quick to get me in ASAP, I mentioned the Groupon deal $43 for a Haircut, color, treatment & Blow Dry Style. I asked for CHOCOLATE color, I had highlights and brown natural hair color. I was seated by an older lady hairdresser and chose a color from the swatch which is exactly the color I wanted. I was left with the color in my hair for 47 minutes while my hairdresser performed 2 men s haircuts. My scalp was burning. She rinsed my color and put CONDITIONER as TREATMENT. Took another client while I sat. I asked for a trim and she separated my hair into 2 parts and used her scissor 4 times. That is not a trim there was no sections, no layering, no bangs, no asking how I part my hair! THAN the owner Oksana handed me a stack of cards and asked me to hand them out and they will take care of me. I smiled and said ok. I waited to see how the color turned out.RED like a mahogany... I thought I was getting my hair brushed and blown out with a dryer and a brush for a simple blow-out! She dried the top of my head and said your all set. Wet ends and roots. I said this is not a blow dry, she says oh, a straighten with a rolling brush is usually $35 but I will charge you $30, as if she was doing me a favor. I said the Groupon includes it, she said oh you have long hair and your hair is naturally straight we used a bottle and a half of color. I could have bought the top brand color on my own for $20 and done it on my own and not wasted 2 hours of my LIFE. Than the owner RUSHES me to pay for services that I didn t receive and says sorry I would dry it for you but I have a client in a peel in the treatment room. HOW RUDE, what kind of owner are you? She gives me a card and writes free blow dry with her name on the back and tells me to write a good review....I think NOT! She knew she was wrong this was the worst experience, how do they expect to get new clients with horrible service? I asked if they close at 4 because it was 3:55pm and she said no 6...I was wondering why I was being rushed out...well it turns out my hairdresser needed her hair done by her co-worker. As I was leaving she gets in the chair for the washing bowl and starts her treatment. NEVER coming back here. RUDE, inconsiderate and unprofessional!

Always have had a great experience! Very good pricing and they have done an excellent job on my color and cut!

I have been going to this salon since opening. Staff is very nice and friendly, do good work. Highly recommend this place.
