He knows his stuff and it's so great to be able to talk to someone who's been through the process themselves! Everyone at GLI has been so helpful, encouraging, and professional. Leah - my procedure specialist and technician was so meticulous and careful with her work on me and it looks amazing! I'm one of those guys who opted for hair transplants for several years and it left me with some pretty ugly scars. In short, I was a real challenge to work with I'm sure. Leah's work looks AMAZING and I love the result! My scars are looking so much better already...not even a week post procedure and the blending and camouflaging of the ear to ear scars on the back of my head looks so much better! The owner of this company contacted me on Craigslist about buying a couple chairs for his new office. Ever since responding to his inquiry, I have received a flurry of annoying, unsolicited e-mails from his company. I have repeatedly asked to be removed from this company's e-mail mailing list without any success. Wouldn't recommend working with a company who collects e-mails from unsuspecting people on Craigslist and won't remove them from that list when it is requested. I find it completely unprofessional and rude to say the least.
