I've been a regular patient and customer at Kass Clinics for over 6 years, and have consistently received excellent service and care. From varicose vein procedures to laser hair removal to spa services, I have dealt with all members on staff, including Dr. and Mrs. Kass, and have found them to be very knowledgeable and caring. The staff at the front desk handled all my insurance claims on my behalf in regards to the varicose vein procedures, and the treatments themselves were very successful. I would, and have recommended Kass clinics to anyone looking to reduce risk by having procedures completed in a medically supervised environment. Mrs. Kass provides a very thorough initial consultation if you are unsure of which treatments would benefit you most, and is very upfront about costs.

Great Results! Superb services! I went to Kass Clinics for a cosmetic treatment - xeomin. In just one treatment, it smoothed the deep wrinkles in my forehead and between my eyes. I was feeling self-conscious about myself and this simple treatment gave me results that were better than expected! I am impressed with Kass Clinics and the services they offer. Dr. Kass, Bonnie and the rest of the staff are attentive, personable and extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely be back!

Excellent Service! I have been going to Kass Clinics for cosmetic treatments for several years. Previously, I had been a client in another clinic. Dr Kass is by far the best in his field. I am extremely happy with the treatments I have received and that is why I have changed Physicians and keep retuning to Kass Clinics for my Botox and facial filling treatments. I have developed over the years a high level of confidence and trust in their work and procedures and am impressed with the entire staff at Kass Clinics and the services they offer. I will continue to be a client of Dr Kass and am grateful to have found a trusted, reputable clinic that has proven positive results.

I have been receiving vein treatment from Dr.Kass and Bonnie for the last 4 years. Going back to the 2008, I decided to have something done to my legs. I had bulging veins for years, especially around my knees. I checked out two other clinics before I picked Kass Clinic. I'm very particular about people explaining things to me. I immediately felt that Dr Kass did an excellent job explaining the procedures to me. I was shown pictures of his work and he took the time to tell me how long this would all take. We also discussed insurance coverage and that these procedures would probably not be covered. They said they would still go ahead and submit the paperwork and see if anything would be covered. My second appointment was the first of four ambulatory phlebotomy's that I had done all of which went very well. The outcome was what I have been waiting for. With the all four of the phlebotomy treatments, each step of the process was thoroughly explained to me. I continue to come back once a year to have sclerotheraphy treatments with Bonnie. She always takes the time to catch up with me and find out if I have any new concerns. I will continue to pass the good experiences along with all I know. I would say if your thinking about vein treatment, make an appointment, stop in to meet the staff.

I agree with Minne and Sunny regarding their experiences at the Kass Clinic. I have been a patient at the clinic for 8 years and have always been treated with kindness and respect. I have had my veins fixed, sclerotherapy, microdermabrasion, phototherapy, botox, and fillers. Dr. Kass, Bonnie and Ella have routinely called me the following day to make sure I was doing well and to see if there was anything they could do to make me comfortable. I highly recommend the clinic and plan to continue to receive services in the future. I live 4 hours away and could go to Duluth which is 2 1/2 hours closer. However, I have such confidence in their skills that I would rather make the trip! Debra
