I've heard nothing but bad things from other people who have gone here and Im goibg to agree. The company is ridiculous and the employees dont even want to be there..dont go here

I DO NOT THINK ANYONE SHOULD WASTE THEIR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY AND YOU ARE BETTER OFF GOING TO A PLASTIC SURGEON. THE RESULTS ARE COMPLETELY BOGUS. REALLY DO YOUR RESEARCH ON OTHER REVIEWS BEFORE CONSIDERING THIS AS AN OPTION, I AM NOT THE ONLY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER.

Terrible company, awful service. I did not do my research before going here. They have 927 BBB complaints in the last three years. The manager was friendly to me at first and sold me a great "deal," which I later found out was much more expensive than competitors. After nearly a year of treatments, I saw no reduction in hair removal. Treatments were incredibly painful and the manager was always trying to sell me more "deals." I finally went to another place and noticed a night and day difference. Laser hair removal should quickly show a reduction in hair growth, and it should not be intolerably painful. Also, after the treatments at American Laser Skincare, spots appeared on my skin and have never gone away. Do your research and shop around. There are much better places in the Twin Cities for laser hair removal.

Worst company I have ever worked with. When I went there, they said I HAD to pay in full. I said I couldn't, so they said they'd make an "exception" and give me a payment plan. At first they treated me like a customer with respect, as soon as I finished paying, they immediately treated me like crap. The manager is VERY rude. They call me all of the time to change my appointments. I only have two years of laser, so since they keep moving my appointments, I get less treatments, for the same amount that I've paid. I've only had one technician that did her job well. And they are screwing me out of my money. They waste my time on the phone, and at their office. DO NOT BECOME A CUSTOMER. I was planning on staying with them and getting more areas treated when I was first there. But now they can forget about it.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. They said 6-10 treatments for hair removal. 14 later, barely any reduction - if any. Every time you go in, you get a new technician. Some do ok, and others are just bad at their job. They always try to sell you more products or services while you're there, which gets really old. The managers have been rude to me. I missed an appointment because of a death in the family and they charged me 50 bucks to make another appointment, even though I've already PAID IN FULL and explained the situation. it's been a horrible experience. Shop around and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Oh, and their "deals" for new patients and "300 off" coupons are a sham to get in you in the door, they just upcharge you the difference.
