Went in for a Mani-Pedi, the gal I had was very nice. The first instructor seemed rather arrogant, never did see him again. The second gal who came to check on us was nice but seemed to be just there more for fun. She didn't even look at what the finished product looked like. She needed to, there were no cuticles trimmed and the polish was all over. I was afraid to get my nails polished so I went with clear. The instructor said "well you can't mess up clear coat can ya". Maybe that should be a red flag for an instructor to see that a customer is paying for a service and doesn't get a color. Please DON"T ask how it went while the student is sitting right there, it's a little hard to be honest. I really don't think, by what I experienced that these students are getting good instruction or feedback. On a positive note the student really spent a lot of time massaging my hands. My polish wasn't dry after three hours and smudged when I put my socks and shoes on, that was a little upsetting to say the least!.

I went in here thinking of my childhood days when my Mom took me to the "Barber College" But it wasn't like that. It feels just like a regular hair cutting place. The haircut was also no less than I would get from anywhere else. The people did seem happy, both students and customers. I will go there again. Wednesday is Veterans day and is FREE for veterans. Also the International House of Pancakes is right next door..

I've been into the school a few times now and have had an absolutely wonderful experience. The instructors and staff are so fun and helpful. The students seemed to really know what they are doing, it does take a bit longer since they are still learning - but overall, excellent place to receive services!!

Came in for a haircut, very dissatisfied. The sanitation standards don't exist here. The student's clippers and towels had other hair on it BEFORE I sat down in the chair. Halfway through the cut, the student dropped her comb and clippers on the floor and DID NOT SANITIZE it before using it again on my hair. Only thing that prevented 1-star was the detailed attentiveness of the instructor. However, this place was way too dirty for me. Never coming back here again.

Great experience and was very satisfied with the student that I had.
