I have seen Alaina twice now and have had a great experience. Her cuts are very professionally done, and she provides good advice. I am very happy with her services and will continue to see her for my haircuts. Just as good as the more expensive salons that I have used.

I was going through a hard time in my life.. I felt like I needed a change. So, I thought what better way to get a fresh start, than a hair cut? WRONG. I asked for a trim, and this lady who clearly spoke nor understood simple english, attempted to dye my hair orange, and left me severely burned on my skull. I am only 17 years old, I should not be having these unsightly bald patches on my head. I am currently now taking therapy to deal with my hair loss. You guys suck. You need to rethink that thing you call "Great" clips...it should be called "Not so great" clips, because of the horrible service i was given.

I have had a few haircuts and they are so so. The last two haircuts I got they butchered I specifically told them to cut my bangs a certain way both times I looked like Jim Carrey from dumb and dumber

I recently had my kids haircuts at this facility. Anyone with young children knows how hectic kids and haircuts can be..My kids 10yr, 6yr and 2yr were anxious and impatient getting and waiting for haircuts. While waiting, my 2yr son went to throw away his sucker stick behind the counter (a stylist showed them the trash) my son saw the bucket of suckers and went to grab another. I was walking to my son telling him NO and the stylist AMANDA dropped her cutting sheers and rushed between me and my son and snatched my sons hand with the sucker! She yelled at him NO THOSE ARE FOR OTHER CHILDREN! This stylist AMANDA was cutting my 10yr daughter's hair! After we left I saw my daughter's hair was cut up terribly bad! We did go back the next day and another kinder stylist fixed it. However it took 2 calls to the corporate office and a call to the manager for my money back! Also when discussing AMANDA to the manager the manager said " it only appeared Amanda snatched the sucker from your son and its our policy only 1 sucker!" NO apology what so ever. The manager went on to complain that my children were being hectic and were the problem! I am currently a business owner and have been a general manager for companies in the past and any company I worked for would never have tolerated this manager's extremely poor people skills and problem solving abilities!!....I would NEVER recommend this facility to ANYONE especially someone with kids and I would recommend EVERYONE stay away from AMANDA because she is terrible with cutting hair and takes it upon herself to make people's 2yr old children cry!!

The best place to get a haircut!!!! I just had my hair cut today i came in right before closeing time everyone there was very nice. The girl who did my hair was amazing her name is Liz THE BEST FADE I EVER HAD!!! and even tho she was ready to leave for her day she stayed and chatted laughed and was very personable even tho she was sad along with the rest of MN cuz the vikings lost AGAIN!!! Everyone go to this great clips if everyone is as good as LIZ it will be the best haircut of Your life THANK U GREAT CLIPS
