Belle Epoque is the best salon experienced I've had. The staff is all very pleasant and willing to make you comfortable. The consult with your stylist before they will even put a smock on you shows that they truly care about you and your needs. Adrienne won me over as a repeat customer from the first time I met with her. She offered suggestions and walked me through what she was doing to ease my mind. The salon is clean, hip, trendy and a great place to relax. Don't forget to take them up on their offer for that complementary glass of wine.

My hair used to get super frizzy and out of control, but I loved my long hair and didn't want to cut it short. I went to various salons, but all they did was make my hair shorter or layer it, although I asked again and again if they could THIN my hair and make it lighter, NOT make it shorter or layered. Then, two years ago, I discovered Belle Epoque. And for once a salon actually listened to me! I used to go to Natalie, but she moved to Arizona, and now I see Ryan, who is great! He makes my hair so shiny and smooth, and it never feels weighed down anymore. He always tells me what he's going to do before he does it and tells me what products he's using. I don't trust any other salon with my hair! And, the customer service is great. The front desk always offers me a beverage when I walk in and a piece of chocolate when I leave :). If you are looking for a salon that will listen and really cares about its customers, come to Belle Epoque! It's the best decision I've ever made for my hair!

I usually bounce around different hair salons because of my schedule, but not anymore. Staff is very fun and while the stylist performs a brief consultation at the appointment you can relax with any beverage (even beer). Perfect !!!!

Highly satisfied! The salon is clean, the entire staff are so courteous and service oriented. I had a 1/2 hour consult with my stylist before she ever touched my hair. She listened and gave suggestions based on what I wanted. I would recommend them 100 times over. TEN Stars... You will not be disappointed
