I've never been picky about where I got my haircut, typically whatever Great Clips was closest was where I would go. I checked out Mitch and was floored, such an A+ experience. Karen was very thorough, asked a lot of questions about what I wanted, and took her time. A truly professional establishment that I've referred many to since.
