First, google user, you've made your point -- and you've spread the word on more than one social media site. Beverly was slammed with business, and rude to you. She apologized. She offered you free services with her apology. She's a woman trying to make a go of her business, and she made a mistake with you. She admits it. And, second -- I'm here to say, it's hard to believe she was rude to anyone -- a gentler and sweeter person would be hard to find. But we all have a snapping point, I guess! Now -- that over! -- I give my wholehearted and delighted recommendation to Bello Salon. You'll be SO glad you went to Beverly -- no matter what condition your hair was in when you walk in, you'll walk out looking like you always wished you could look!! And her cuts are so good -- they don't just look good the day you get them (you know how that is) -- they actually look good as they grow out! Give Bello Salon a try. It's rare to find this kind of talent, anywhere: so cool it's in Garner!
Beverly was very RUDE to me when I tried to book an appointment. Granted, this was after she ran a Groupon special, which I'm sure made her much busier than normal, but it was impossible to book an appointment. If you don't prefer clients emailing you, then don't list your email address. Long story short: she refused to book an appointment via email (she wrote this to me in an email, after going back and forth for several days), was abrupt and unwelcoming on the phone, and sent me several spam emails! I was refunded for the Groupon and they issued an apology for her terrible customer service. Awful awful awful!! The worst salon non-experience ever!
