Nail Tech, Mary, was super friendly and very knowledgeable. She gave a super Pedicure. My nail polish was very artistic.. She painted a pretty freehand design on my ring finger right and left hand. Everyone that has seen it wants to know who does my nails. Very excited and will definitely be returning as long as she is there.

This establishment does horrible work and has horrible customer service!!!!!!! First off, one star means I hated it! They don't even deserve 1/2 star but had to pick one. I had gone to this salon for years (off and on). I was never happy with the customer service and had a problem one time with Mary when I called for an appt. She not only hung up on me one time but hung up on me several times for no reason! Very rude person!!!! I tried contacting the elderly Asian that owned the business but got the runaround trying to get up with him. The only reason I ever went back to this place is because they were a little bit cheaper, and I liked the work of one of the male technicians at one time even though he did sloppy work the last two times I went there. The last time I visited this store, my friend went with me. I signed us both in, and Mary completely overlooked my friend and never waited on him. She saw us walk in together so not sure why she "assumed" (which is the wrong thing to do) that he was not there for service. My friend was very upset but would not say anything so I told the technician that did my pedicure. I told him to speak to the manager about it who is Mary. He did and all she said is that he could get his service done then after he had waiting and others had been taken before him. I asked him if he could do his service at least at a discount or something for being overlooked, and they said no. She never even apologized for overlooking him!!!!! That is not acceptable at all!!!!! I will never step foot in that business again! All the years I went there and they treat me this way! Not to mention, they are very unfriendly. They just look at you when you walk in and don't even speak. This store should be shut down! It deserves no stars and no business. I am sorry I gave the technician a good tip as he did not deserve it! When I left, that was the second time I had left with a terrible pedicure. My toenails were filed at an angle and were crooked. It looked as if a drunk had filed my nails! This place is a HORRIBLE place to get nails done! Extremely rude technicians and horrible service and work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They are Amazing.. they do leg foot massages and thats awesome!

Best nails was, in the past a good place to get your nails done. Unfortyantlly, Mary who is supposed to be the best nail professional in the shop has truly lost her touch. I paid 30.00 for a gel fill-in and I pointed out issues with the bubbles in the gel as she was doing my nails. by the time she finished my pink and white my white line was no where near straight i had bubbles throught all of my nails and under my nails there was plenty of gunk where she didnt bother to clean. When I gave her criticism she tried to explain to me that the bubbles were from my previous nail job but as she attempted to correct it (file away the bubbles) it was obvious the bubbles was from the acrylic SHE had just put on. Note I paid for Gel!! She has a nasty attiude and I will happily never visit this establishment again. I could not believe that she would do such a bad job then give me an attitude when I question her work. Should you decide to visit this spot unless you want the look bubbles in your Acrylic dont!!
