As a former employee, I do not recommend taking your dog here. The dogs are kept in a garage with a semi- functional air conditioner. The appointment and boarding schedule is unorganized and becomes overbooked. At this point, random dogs will be placed in cages together. This happened at least once a week and fights often broke out. If you've ever brought your dog here and found blood on them or they're sick, chances are your dog was placed in a cage with a random dog. I have witnessed dogs being kicked, hit, sprayed with a hose, and jabbed at by broom ends for barking, growling, or in a specific case- because it was amusing how afraid the dog was of water. The dogs will be lucky to be out for two minutes on a 6 ft long leash at 8 am and 5 pm. As soon as they use the bathroom they are returned to their cage. In my duration of working there three months, the police were called out for animal cruelty and negligence at least 4 times that I know of. Deania started drinking everyday around two in the afternoon while grooming. Dogs would often get loose and we would spend hours and days trying to find them on a busy highway. On multiple occasions, we would have to call the owner to come help find their dog. I refused to leave my own dog there after working there for a week and resigned after only three months of employment. I HIGHLY suggest looking elsewhere for boarding or grooming.
DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE! UNPROFESSIONAL! NOT SAFE IN THE SUMMER. MY DOG LEFT THERE BLEEDING. HAD TO CALL THE POLICE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!
