The store looks bad and the stylist who cut my hair took chunks out of my hair above my ears and left a lot of stray hairs. The whole staff seemed jacked up on something. There was no one waiting and the stylist rushed through my trim in less than 5 minutes. This was my worst experience at a Great Clips.
