The ladies here do a great job, every time I have a gentleman to my nails they never look good (learned that the hard way). Love the customer service but will def. will stick to the ladies doing my nails.
I go here once a month for a mani pedi and tonight I had the unfortunate experience of getting Jenny as my nail tech. Not only was she incredibly rude (when I asked her to fix the shape of one of my nails she told me there was nothing wrong with it) it was incredibly painful!!! She breezed through my pedicure in record time (even though I paid for one of the nicer ones) and then she put a smudge print in my big toe and fixed it by slopping top coat on it (needless to say its still there). And then when it came to my manicure she stuck my fingers in a bowl of cold water, didn't put any cuticle softner on and only pushed back my cuticles on one hand. When I confronted her about it she told me I was wrong. She then proceeded to cut my cuticles to the point I was bleeding and on the verge of tears and I finally had to ask her to stop and just paint my nails. I will never go back there and PAY for this kind of service EVER again!!! There is a perfectly nice nail salon closer to the Target if you are looking for one.
Leslie is the best manicurist at Embassy Nail Spa in Knightdale. She is very friendly and cares about her work and tries to please all her clients. A true professional!
The service is okay and so is the staff, but I've had better service at other places
