Sport Clips

I tried this shop when it opened primarily because it offered free haircuts. The first time I went in I upgraded to the Triple Play. That's a haircut, shampoo, steamed towel for your face and vibrating chair massage. I know alot of guys I sent here were skeptical about getting the triple play. Emphasis on the "were" The price was fair and the ladies are all very nice and professional in doing your hair. I have even gone back an hour later to have something shaped up a little more and the Manager was very nice about correcting the cut for me. Since then I have been a regular and would hate to do my traditional barber shop. It is always nice to go in and get my haircut and leave relaxed and refreshed.
As of 2/18/2012 I went into Sport Clips around noon-ish and was getting a hair cut for my school dance later that day. I waited only for a short period of time and was greeted kindly. But from that point it had began to go down hill. I asked for a Triple Play (cut, wash, and shampoo massage), with the hair cut I asked for 5 on the side and scissor cut on top along with a block on the back. I later notice i.e. Today that my sideburns are uneven, my back wasn't blocked and few grouping of hair on the side is longer then others. As for my wash, it was quick and over all a bit painful, when the groomer washed my hair the water was as hot as it could be and the process was quicken. Usually after the wash the groomer usually styles my hair, and to a degree my groomer did, she put the product in my hair but after that told me to do it myself. Over all I was displeased with this experience, the service was rushed and not enjoyable. Now don't get me wrong I have gone to Sport Clips in the past and the service I was giving was what I asked for and enjoyed. If I still had my receipt I would return today and ask for a full refund. I am paying you a set amount for a service that you should commit to and do to your up most ability, Because this will determine your tip and IF I will return.
