The front desk associates are very attentive, pleasant, and competent. I love going to Libby, my stylist, because she is very experienced and skilled, and also great interpersonally. I can tell her my ideas about what I want, and she gives me some options about color and cut, as well as some gentle input when I request it, and then she makes it happen, even better than I imagined! She's a true artist. I will definitely keep going back.
I was first time visitor at Halloween. Nicci was my master and I have to say it's been a nightmare for $31 dollars. I'd rather go to Wall-mart, at list you know what you pay for and not expecting miracle. She cut out bunch off hair on my forehead right side and left a lot and longer on other side, than to cover this up put a gel on. She didn't do anything on my sides, not even ask about that and after that she dare give me her card... I travel a lot and have to say American barbers on the bottom of the world.
Very average salon but with sky high prices ($58 for a cut). Staff are so uninterested in the customer it's comical. There are much better salons out there.
Beth is my FAVORITE. She did my hair for my wedding last year, and it withstood humidity and rain beautifully. Afterward, she slowly transitioned me into a super cute short haircut.
I've been going to Beth for over 6 years- she is awesome!!! I have never religiously gone to a hair stylist before until I started going to Beth. She does a great job on my hair and she is so much fun to talk to. Beth rocks!!
