I just had a brazilian wax, and i was pleasantly surprised. The service was phenomenal. The lady Elaine was just amazing. I recommend it to everybody. I am very sensitive, and can not tolerate pain. It was a painless experience in a soothing environment.
It's amazing how reviews really make a difference. I was about to schedule an appointment until I read this. If I were the owner I would try and make that experience right. It's sad, because it could have been just a bad day...
My girlfriend and I booked a pair of massages and pedicures for a girl's day. They specifically said we would have the services at the same time so we could chat during the pedicure and prior to the massage. When we arrived they had mis-scheduled us. Which happens, but instead of being apologetic and accommodating, the manager was confrontational and rude. The woman who did our pedicures made my girlfriend bleed and didn't bother to set us up with dryers so my toes smudged before I got out the door. Pedicures are better at local nail salons, and other spas in the area are far superior in their service and delivery. It was quite unimpressive.
