I called yesterday for an appointment today. Amy returned my call in a matter of 2 hours. I went today to get micro braids. Such a wonderful experience!!! The 2 ladies that worked were friendly and kind. I have natural long hair, 7 1/2 she did the micro braids and never once took a break. Awesome results. The shop is comfortable and clean place. I will be returning when these need doing. Thanks Amy and your staff!!! December 16: I was very impress with my first visit. That has change since my last visit. I return in October for micro braids again. I request the same person to do it again. Well not this visit Amy and some other female did it. The quality was not as good as the two sisters braids. On my first wash a month later I had 7 braids to fall out. Amy felt she didn't need to tie the ends. Well 2nd wash 4 more. I called left a message no return call. Quick to call for a paying appointment but not on a correction job. This shop doesn't deserve my hard earn cash. The two sisters that work there does an awesome job. The second micro weren't as full and neat as the first.
Amy is the best at what she does! I am EXTREMEMLY picky when it comes to my hair and I have no complaints. Her prices are some of the lowest that I have seen in the area. I have gotten micros, Senegal twists, and a sew-in done there and have always gotten compliments on her work. It may be a little distance to get to her, but if your willing to go pay the toll to go to Philly, make time to check her out.
