I was a Bridemaid this pass Sunday. It was Saturday and after running around all day I was still in need of shoes, mani pedi and food, so instead of having my husband drive all over town I hit up Boulevard Mall, went to the Customer Service to ask where I can get my nail done and they point me to Arts & Nail. Walked in and ask how much I was told $55 I was desparate so I agree. Kristen took me back right away at the same time Chris had a regular he walked back and they both proceed to do a Spa Pedicure which was $10 more. Kristen turns to Chris and tells him let see if I can beat you. I was into making place cards so even though I heard her I put no mind to it. Conversation was great! I was laughing hysterically. But when I actually paid attention to Kristen work vs Chris work it was obvious he was a professional and she was not. She caught up to him alright and from a distance everything look okay. Went to go paid and my husband ask me what was the white reside all over the back of my legs and heel I look down and assume it's lotion so I go sit to have my manicure done. Kristen proceed to cut off ALL my nails, she struggle to even use the nail clipper and her hands shook the entire time. She proceed to try and shape my nail and I politely ask her that I do not like rounded I like square she proceed to say Oh I was trying to match up your nails with the shortest nail you had......You cut my nails completely off so what short nail!!! She proceeds to shape and buff away my skin.... this girl is buffing my skin!! I let her finished whatever she was trying to do and went and sat down to dry my cuticle and skin and when I Iook down I notice that the white stuff that my husband pointed out has yet to blend into my skin so it's wasn't lotion when I touch it's white & dry and then I realize she did not wash my feet and legs off properly and this is the residue that was left behind after it dries. I ask her what is that and she shrugs her shoulders grabs some lottion and apply lotion on top of the white residue...I took a deep breath and walked out with my husband completely upset and pissed off!! I just spent $66 on the worst mani pedi of my life!! Then when I go try on shoes I notice that there is nail polish at the bottom of my nail and all over my skin... I get into the car and start inspecting what was left of my nails and notice that what was left of my nails were uneven, miss shape some ends were sharp and rough!! So upset because I was suppose to be in a wedding the next day and I had no time or money to go get this fix. I spend more time hiding my hands and feet during the wedding while pictures were been taken that it took away from me enjoying the pics! I try to call the manager back once and will attempt again... I feel like your service depends on the staff that attends to you and my suiggestion would be to stay away from Kristen.... She is a sweetheart but nails is not her craft and am living proof.........

I stopped on Sunday for a pedicure. It's a one stop shop for Beauty. Chris did an amazing job on my toes. Which got me asking about my hair. I was confident that he could give me what I was looking for. I made another appointment for thursday. Amazing, awesome, and seriously I could not be happier. This is my new salon for everything. Thank you Chris for making me beautiful from head to toe.

I go here just to have Chris do my nails. Definitely worth it if you have him do them. He does an excellent job and hes such a sweetheart.

I have always been pleased with the quailty of my gel nails..prices are compatable with all other salons...I have been a customer for years and very happy with the staff,the owner always makes you feel at home,they have me a s a permenant. client,I would highly recommend this salon,the most important thing is it's CLEAN I was just in there today and as usual they were perfect.Thanks Mindy.

Got so fed up with "hole in the wall nail salons" that herd their clients in and out like cattle so I did my research and set up an appointment w/ Art Design. Nothing but excellent service and friendly staff. I was very happy with my experience :)
